All project payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice schedule.

• Project work begins after payment confirmation.
• Delayed payments may affect project timelines.
• Custom development services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• Recurring services require timely monthly payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, code, graphics, branding assets, and deliverables created by ONEZDEV remain the intellectual property of ONEZDEV until the final payment has been completed.

After full payment, ownership of final approved assets will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

ONEZDEV shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, software, or digital products.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project deliverables before deployment.

7. Termination
